Under the sponsorship of HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdelaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) will hold the second Smart City Expo Doha 2022 under the title of “A Future of Resilience”, which will be held during 29-30 March 2022 at Msheireb Downtown Doha.

The event will feature renowned experts on smart cities, to explain and discuss innovative ideas about the development of smart cities, and introduce creative and modern technologies which can contribute to the wellbeing of citizens, expats and visitors through social inclusion, sustainability and empowerment.

The event consists of a Congress, as well as an Exhibition where IPA Qatar will host a booth within the government pavilion.

It will also see participation in a panel discussion by Jeroen Nijland, Director of Investor Relations, titled ‘Cities as emerging powers in a global world.’
