The Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Education and Higher Education planned the implementation of the Qatar Public-Private Partnership Schools Development. In line with this they have divided the project into several packages in which the first two has passed. The first package included 2 primary schools, 2 preparatory schools, and 4 secondary schools. The second package included 3 primary schools, 6 middle schools, 2 high schools, 1 multi-level school, and 2 schools of science & technology.

Hamad Medical Corporation has developed a master plan for Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City (HBKMC) to meet the future demand for healthcare amid significant increase in the country’s population. Infrastructure development includes administrative offices and support facilities to accommodate up to 9,000 employees, as well as office facilities for 2,900 employees within the HBKMC campus.

This project consists of developing the sewage infrastructure in Al-Wakrah and Al-Wukair districts which have witnessed a significant increase in the city’s population along with major developments in the recent years, causing the flooding of existing sewage water.

This was an investment opportunity for the private sector to develop three beach resorts in Fuwairit, Bin Ghanim and Ras Brooq as part of the broader public-private partnership (PPP) framework and efforts to enhance the local tourism’s contribution to the country’s non-oil economy.
